Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

Charming town, excellent staff who were extremely helpful and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety and was well replenished. Internet strength was good throughout hotel. Free daily transport to the slopes. Highly recommend this hotel to others. Thanks for the memories. -

Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. -
clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

I can't say enough good about this place. The staff were all
excellent, bending over backward to make our stay enjoyable. They hung a
welcome sign on our room. They left a personally written welcome

The staff was amazing. They promptly picked us up at the train station upon our arrival. We stayed there for seven days and where continually impressed! Modern, comfortable and cozy hotel with Matterhorn views. A short walk from the center, fine for us as we preferred the quieter location. Make sure to book the complimentary transfer from the train station, the walk is a little uphill and can be slippery and difficult with luggage. The indoor pool, heated jacuzzis and the steam and sauna rooms were
really great! Could have spent a whole day there. Also, the
complimentary afternoon tea-time snacks were so similar to St. Regis

A wonderful and historic establishment in a perfect location. Superb breakfast: excellent in every respect. Hazelnut baguettes were delicious. Very attentive management and the new spa is really nice. Relaxed atmosphere - we could use the spa as much as we wanted after checking out, for example. Free travel on all buses and funiculars/ telesieges
