The service is no doubt "top notch". We were offered a ride to our restaurant nearby in their "in house" RR Phantom 6.. Now that's a treat.! I also liked that the mini bar is complimentary. Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views.. IT's worth staying there... -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » staff and service were superior. The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. We needed a dentist while there and they arranged everything with the best dentist in town. We are planning our return trip for this winter.

Location was perfect with amazing views over the lake yet a very short walk into the town. The room was spacious and the chambermaid service was outstanding. We were struck by the reception at st.moritz train station after a long glacier express voyage. This exemplary treatment went all the way including room service, the very warm hospitality extended by every single member of the Kulm team, until the same gentleman put us in our train to Zurich. Kulm disproves that perfect is the enemy of good, it is a manifestation of "perfect". Thanks to all who have made it possible, an congratulations to the management.

Very lovely and quiet setting! The spa facilities were very well-done -
With the fresh-wood smell of the sauna and the glass windows so we could
see the snow coming down outside, it felt like we were in a wonderful

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with heated bathroom floors which is nice on a chilly (-17) night. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a la carte eggs any style also available. From the moment we walked in and were welcomed by Sofia after a disastrous journey (which was made better by the complimentary Prosecco) we knew this was a fantastic hotel. It's in a perfect location just 5 minutes walk from the main Gotschnabahn lift.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and felt like a ski chalet in itself.
The bar is spacious and stylish, and the breakfast service was everything you could ask for.
We only wished we were staying longer!

Absolutely most gorgeous setting, friendly helpful staff, lovely clean comfortable rooms, beautiful pool, delicious breakfast with such a wide variety of options. Views are amazing at the back of Hotel. It is also a most scenic route to get there. -

My grandchildren and I visited Seewis as it was the home of my great-grandparents before emigrating to America. The hotel was comfortable, views spectacular, and the staff friendly and very helpful.
