situated in the alpine village of Wengen.

The staff is exemplary and the views are stunning. Annamarie and Justin are engaging and accommodating hosts while Carlos looks after every detail in the dining room. The hotel offers very easy access to the Kleine Scheidegg and the Jungfraujoch and has the most incredible views of the Jungfrau and the waterfalls along the Lauterbrunnen Valley walls. Very highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, and a nice room. The food is delicious with local products, the staff very very nice and friendly. We had a beautiful room with a very nice view on the lake. Amazing outside whirpool, nice staff, excellent food. On arrival reception offered to pay for upgrade to better room with Jungfrau view for 80 CHF/day, we agreed, then offered to upgrade to Junior suite for 200 CHF, we refused. Then they upgareded us to Junior suite free of charge. It was pleasant. - Very nice hotel.

It was the highlight of the holiday. Everything worked and was very attractive, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was great. And it's in such a beautiful location! - Convenient location, very good restaurant food

Staff were so courteous, helpful and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite!
