Quirky decor and design very interesting.The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. Free Tram pass provided was brilliant and so easy to use and get around.Coffee machine, nuts and water were nice gestures.Breakfast good and served until 1pm- so ideal for travellers or just leisurely start to the day. -

Very comfortable apartment room, great for travelling with young children. Also great location close to everything. - Staff was pretty kind and helpful. Hotel itself has very good (central)location, parking facility under the hotel was a big advantage atarrival and departure, but also if you go there by car. Kitchenette waswell equipped.

Large room, very clean, nice view, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very close to the airport. I called for the shuttle which took us directly to the hotel in less than 5 min. There is a bus stop just 1min away from the hotel which takes you directly to the city center. I just had an excellen^t experience. I did not have time to visit
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » the casino though. - Staff was extremely courteous and helpful (despite the fact that I arrived in the middle of the night) and the service is excellent (you even get a free Basle travel pass). Access to the nice, quiet and spacious business centre proved ideal for my needs. The hotel is not on the cheap side, but as it is 1st class throughout, value is outstanding.

Me and my wife really enjoyed staing in your hotel. The rooms are clean, furniture new. The breakfast and the restaurant were very good. And, of course, very professional and nice staff. Thank you! - The free travel card worked wonderfully. Restaurant was good. Parking garage very secure. Friendly, helpful staff.

Mine was a business trip.
Hotel ticked all the boxes but you would get similar elsewhere in Europe at half the price. -
The overall decor, cleanliness, comfort and food are very good.

We always arrive late on a Friday for our weekend trips as we leave after work, and with codes to get in and for getting your room key that was no problem at all.
The windows and blinds were also amazing - there was a jazz band playing across the street Friday night but as soon as we closed the window we couldn't hear anything and the blinds kept

The staff did go above what they tell they'd offer: i.e. checking me in outside of their opening hours because they were there "anyway" and I could leave my luggage with them because the room wasn't ready (I was before check-in time) and because I would return so late, they brought it up to my room. I definitely did not expect this from a "budget hotel"!
