Set within a lush park in Luzern, Guesthouse Bruchmatt is peacefully located a 10-minute walk from the city centre and the Old Town. It offers rooms with wooden floors and work desks. Free WiFi is available in all areas. All rooms at Bruchmatt Seminarhaus are non-smoking and have shared bathroom facilities. Some rooms have private bathrooms. A common room with a large TV and an internet corner are provided. The Main Train Station is a 15 to 20-minute walk from the Bruchmatt. The nearby Berglistrasse Bus Stop (line 10) provides direct connections to the station. Upon check-in, guests receive a free 2nd class public transport ticket for Lucerne. This ticket is valid during the complete stay. On the day of arrival, the reservation confirmation is valid as a ticket.

The single en-suite room is simple but convenient: a very comfortable bed, desk, a lovely, relaxing view to the garden. The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet. The room was very clean, and the lightning in the bathroom was strong and convenient. The location is about 15-minutes' walk from the center in straight lines, which was really OK, considering the low price of the room. The breakfast included several cheeses and delicious breads and home-made marmalades. Finally, the welcome cookie .
όλα τα σχόλια » Small room with only essentials, but the price is great for Lucerne. Ten minute walk to the main train station and most of the city. Beautiful view of the city as well. Great for a place to crash when you will spend most of your time in the city anyway!. There's a very beautiful garden behind the house.The room is clean,quiet but small.Actually,we enjoyed those days very much.Everyday we had breakfast in the garden,sunshine,flowers and a lovely cat,everything is wonderful.I think we will be back again. Cheap consider how expensive switzerland is. Easily reached by bus 10 from bus terminal. The person makes an effort to email you how to reach there few months beforehand. Friendly staff. Clean room even the washroom and bathroom was very clean. The room was clean and big. The common showers and toilets were surprisingly clean and we never had to wait to use them. The place felt really safe and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was good to have free wifi in the lobby as well. We were really surprised how good the hotel was. Shared bathrooms are very clean, nice breakfast, free parking (!), really attentive stuff. Location is perfect, 5 min walking to the center. Seminarhaus Bruchmatt is the only hotel which sent the map to me showing how to get to the hotel from the train station. Hotel is very small but clean and cozy. Staff are very friendly. It was great to get an email from the hotel with very clear and helpful directions about how to find them. Only a short walk into town. Friendly staff. There are two rooms(WC and bathroom) on the second floor . it‘s quiet. i stayed there one night and want to find a cheaper room near the city ,just like Thalwil . but the cheapest hotel i found asked 120 Fr for one room .So i came back and stayed here one more night. to be frank, i like the small room. the staff is very nice. if you arrive late, you'd better call them . they will leave the key on the desk of the reception. 我是国庆节去的，人特. the reception staff is warm and helpful. We arrive the hotel in the morning. Thereceptionist lend us a city map and introduce how to arrive the city center and catch the earliest cruise to Rigi mountain. the hotel provide free parking space actually. very nice staff, 10 minutes walking to city center, clean and good price in Luzern.You can take bus No. 10 to hotel from train station. There is a very beautiful garden in the hotel. People were friendly and informative and spoke good english. Extremely clean. Public spaces were welcoming. Bathroom is shared but clean. very clean and cheapest. the service is good. Room was very nice. good environment ,. quiet, clea. It's definitely quiet and clean. In a sense, far too much. the hotel is located in a quite place, and clean. rooms are clean. Unfortunately, you can hear quite well the footsteps of people in the corridor, especially early in the morning when they go the shared bathroom facilities. Thus sleeping late might be difficult. Wifi is spotty. The room is too small... The bed was too soft for me. It's a bit far from the old town and the train station. Unless you take the bus, you'll be carrying your bags up a pretty steep hill. Probably not the best place to stay if you're looking for a youth hostel to socialize. Some people might find the religious environment uncomfortable. 4 stops from the main train station by bus, but it takes only 8 mins. breakfast is too simple compared with other budget hotels. The heater woke us up early with quite loud ticking, but other than that our stay was great. absolutely nothing, this place rocks !!!. No internet in the room. Not so easy to find its location for first time, no matter driving or by walking. Our room is very very small. The location is a bit uphill. I hope there's a lift to get up to the reception. And this hostel is on a small hill. And not very close to train station.it's not very easy for a visitor to find it at night. it's about ten or more minutes walk from the train station. if you don't hurry,you can walk and enjoy the river and the old bridge and the old castle. you will find the morning market near the river ,the flowers are very beautiful! Google map is helpful for you to find the hotel. 我是晚上到的，结果问到一个热心的小伙子，他把我带到了酒店不然可能比较难问到路，估计很多当地人也不知道这个酒店。它的牌子也很不显眼。不过从火车站走过去的时候，恰好经过著名的廊桥和古堡，我走了几次，权当是散步了。尤其是早晨（星期日因为要去教堂敬拜上帝，所以没有早市），这里会有著名的河边市场，到处卖鲜花和食物，令人沉醉。. before arriving the hotel, we haven't awared that the toilet is outside of the room. this brings some inconvenience at night. no wifi in the room. It was to expensive for what you got. It was a youth hostel where the shower and toilet are down the hall and the room was 8'x10' with just a small bed and a chair and table for $80+. I did not book it for the 'hotel experience' but just to stay the night and see the sights. But, for 80+$s I was expecting more of a room. wifi只有在common room有，这是欧洲酒店的一个通病。没有自己的浴室。最重要的一点，是在半山腰上，不太好找，而且要爬上- 去。. Room much too small for a couple. Very austere. No outlet in room. Room is very small. Far from the station. fare from center of city. far away from railway station. no internet in the room, which is not comfort for me. Everything cost extra! We had to pay more for the room because we were not hostel members. The sheets did not cost extra but we had to make our own bed. We did have to pay extra to "rent" towels as the room did not come with towels. They do have a lot of activities atvthe facility but everything costs extra. They seemed to be geared more for groups. little bit far. The room is a little bit small if you bring big case. very high price for basic accommodation and breakfast. Lack of style, plain furniture, no character, no charm, it feels like a hospital, no wifi in rooms, no TV, no nothing. It makes you feel so lonely. Don't go alone to this place! It can be a seminar but a bit of charm wouldn't really harm. Cockroach ,this is really disgussing ,I am extremely sacred of Cockroach ,but we were living in the first floor, room number 5,and there are more than 10 Cockroachs I did not know how did I spend my that horrible nights there ,every single day I was frightened and worried to see the Cockroach and the staff were not very effective, they even did not provide us the electricity adaption. all the rooms are recently decorated, they are really smelly, every morning my throat pains,and I cough all day long.
