Kind, helpful staff. Rooms were clean, had a simple "old world" charm. Location was great. Price, as well. - The all young women staff who spoke English fluently and were very accommodating.

good location - The apartment was clean and comfortable, although very basic. It had everything we needed - nothing more, nothing less. It was spacious with plenty of room for a family of five. Two double bedrooms and a large lounge with a big double sofa bed so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The location is very good, close to the

The location of the hotel is excellent! The rooms may be small, but they
have everything you need. Even though you share a bathroom, everything
is kept very clean.
The fresh bread at breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the very good cup of coffee each morning.

Room very beautiful. I was surprised by the elegance and the cleanliness, not to mention the superb peculiarity of each room. A different style was chosen for each room according for the country assigned at every place. Say, Japan will have a more Japan style furniture. Excellent position

As a frequent business traveler, I am always looking for comfort place
with a good shower place and a comfort bed. Ema is a plus for good
location and close to the lake as well as train station. I was not
familiar with the tram but google map is helpful with the route. Tram 4
and 2 are very frequent reaching this place. Also the staffs are very
friendly and provide all needed information. I will definitely come

The apartment was very clean and it has clothes washer and dryer. It has very nice and fully furnished kitchen. The internet was fast. The area is very quiet although a bit distant from the city center but there as tramway station 20 meters from the gate. It was excellent choice.

-staff is very helpful. Euro sized plugs don't work at the hotel, but adapters can be borrowed from the reception.

The hotel is surrounded by many bars and restaurants, very close to the
lake, away from the train station about 20 minutes walking, the staffs
are very friendly and helpful, they assisted us in arranging the city
tours, and also bed sheets were clean as well as the bathroom. The
breakfast was good and restaurant offer a good meal during evening such
as fajitas and Burger, if I visit Zurich again California Hotel will be
my choice definitely.
