The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and much to our delight we were upgraded from the Guesthouse to the Hotel which had better facilities. Moreover, we were given the rooms much earlier than the check in time. It was very helpful as we had travelled overnight by train and needed to refresh ours

- The location was fantastic - you can easily walk there from the main train station. Then the tourist sights are within walking distance also.
- The room was an adequate size - there was enough room for luggage and to walk around.
- The room was clean.
- There was a lift so you didn't have to carry your luggage up stairs.
- The staff were professional.

Very friendly staff and easy communication via email and phone (no checking staff at apartment), NEW apartment, very clean, elevator to floors,

The host was fantastic. He helped me find the place, prepared dinner as grocery stores were already closed and was ready to answer all the questions!
The room was big and clean.

My job is mostly travelling so I spent many nights in 5*hotels all around the world. Never ever had such a fabulous experience like this. These guys really don't have a 'No' for an answer.all possible hotel services are available on their ipad app.interior design is just brethtaking.and of course privacy which no hotel can provide you.
