This hotel has a fantastic rooms, very modern, with plenty of space with real comfort together with all gadget facilities as internet, tv, coffe machine. Staff were always friendly andavailable to help and unlike most hotels a lot of the services are complementary rather than charging for every tiny thing - I was able to check in for my flight online before leaving the hotel and print the boarding pass at no additional cost. Uncomplicated, friendly owners went out of their way to make my stay pleasant, welcoming me from the moment I arrived and offering advice and answers to all my questions. My room was spacious, clean, and for the most part quiet. Breakfast was good, lots of fresh fruit and a good cappuccino.

Very comfortable apartment room, great for travelling with young children. Also great location close to everything. - Staff was pretty kind and helpful. Hotel itself has very good (central)location, parking facility under the hotel was a big advantage atarrival and departure, but also if you go there by car. Kitchenette waswell equipped.

Me and my wife really enjoyed staing in your hotel. The rooms are clean, furniture new. The breakfast and the restaurant were very good. And, of course, very professional and nice staff. Thank you! - The free travel card worked wonderfully. Restaurant was good. Parking garage very secure. Friendly, helpful staff.

this is probably the best hotel in basel. room and bathroom are spacious. the river view room is magnificent. restaurants offer great food. staff are well experienced and helpful. everything is just beautiful. -

Good location; stayed for 2 nights to visit Christmas Market. Staff were
friendly and helpful. Close to key markets, museums, and room came with
public transport pass. We had two good meals at the restaurant and found
the breakfast typical of a good European hotel. I don't know where

A modern design hotel in downtown Basel, excellent location close to the tram, shops, restaurant and main sights. Hotel staff was friendly and the room itself beautifully designed. The hotel is very conveniently located in the hart of town and just off the banks of the Rhine river. Being a regular guest in Basel for business, it is definitely a hotel which I will be adding to my top list of possible hotels to stay at as it certainly offers value for money.

Highly recommended. Proximity to railway station a big plus. The hotel provides free a travel pass which can be used on the first class public transport system - and the airport bus. - Free transport tickets for use on trams and buses. Free soft drinks. The location was great. The shower was amazing and loved the robe and slippers.
