It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. It's proximity to the La Praille mall proved to be an advantage because i didn't have to go very far to find a variety of restaurants. The public transport links into central Geneva were very good, you can catch a bus just outside the hotel. Overall highly recommended - Personal, services, position

The room is very clean, with the geneva day pass, it is quite convenient
for to and from downtown area, question is you have to find the best
way, I arrived by train, it was a hard work to get to the hotel with my
boy from the train station, but we change to the bus the next day,
everything is just great -

This hotel was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Geneva. We found it very easy to get to from the airport by bus using our free public transport ticket. Getting into Geneva was very straightforward by tram which was close to the hotel. The hotel was warm, spotlessly clean, rooms were a good size, beds very comfortable and the breakfast

Nice little hotel with super friendly staff. Just what you need. If you
are looking for even more affordable stay, check out the "Ibis
Budget" next door. I stayed at both and the Budget is just a little
bit less comfortable but around 35% cheaper. However, if Internet sales
make the difference much smaller - go for this one.

The bed was soft and comfortable, the studio was spacious, the shower room was modern and clean with lashings of hot water. The kitchen facilities were useful for a short stay and just further down the road was a supermarket. The open air street market that sold veg was only two stops away on the tram. Very reasonable price/quality ratio for Geneva and good location for our purposes. Also, with the tram stop just outside and the free public transport ticket, you can be anywhere downtown easily and quickly. We actually walked mostly.
Very frienly and helpful staff. Note that this is a residence, so you have a minimal kitchen, but no daily cleaning of the room. The rooms are rather nice and modern.

The staff provided excellent service. The hotel room was well lit, spacious with modest, clean design. The staff upgraded our room as a courtesy as a better room was available upon our arrival. The location was perfect, very central, situated next to several tram lines, but in an area I prefer to most other comparable hotels. The
Tiffany will be my go to hotel for business travel in Geneva.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at in a Europe wide trip. Itsits within the old city, is elegant, very comfortable indeed, and wewere greeted by outstanding staff and courtesy. Truly outstanding inevery respect. - Nice, cosy, quiet room. Very friendly staff. Rich continental breakfast.

The Position is great, the city on your door step the old town and Lake Geneva only a few minutes walk from the hotel.
Continental breakfast very good , also boiled eggs a good start to the day. I have been to expensive cities before but this one wins hands down but well worth a visit. -
