The welcome was perfect, we arrived by car and parked as close to the
hotel as possible - after checking in at reception I was escorted to the
underground parking garage and took my car down in a lift to the secure

The rooms in the Alexander had been done to a very good standard for a small hotel. The breakfast room was small but very clean, the food was lovely with lots of selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent for a the major sites of the city and was right in the heart of a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants to choose from. It was also only a ten minute walk from the station and transportation links. Overall i would definitely recommend this hote

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and much to our delight we were upgraded from the Guesthouse to the Hotel which had better facilities. Moreover, we were given the rooms much earlier than the check in time. It was very helpful as we had travelled overnight by train and needed to refresh ours

- The location was fantastic - you can easily walk there from the main train station. Then the tourist sights are within walking distance also.
- The room was an adequate size - there was enough room for luggage and to walk around.
- The room was clean.
- There was a lift so you didn't have to carry your luggage up stairs.
- The staff were professional.

Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και προσεγμένα δωμάτια, αν και μικρά - I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in my room which made excellent coffee. Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, nicely located. Amazing is the sound isolation, the hotel is located in the heart of the city with trams running next to it, still if you close the windows, nothing will disturb you. -
Fabulous breakfast with a wide choice. I especially liked the design of the rooms and the 'integrated' shower space.

THE STAFF - They were all very courteous and competent. The room was simple and clean, with a typical tiny bathroom squeezed into it for modern times. the Upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking Zurich with a panoramic view. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. - Very co-operative and understandable counter staff (Beatriz).
