  The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food. I have stayed at this hotel periodically during the last 20 years and really like it. - the friendliness of staff, i was provided with everything i asked for

  η εξυπηρετηση - efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

  The location was excellent, close to the centre of town, sights, and services. There was a reasonable amount of space in the livingroom/bedroom, and a small kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. The room was on a quiet street. It was serviced every day and bathrobes were provided. And there was original art in the rooms and entryways. Apparently ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » it was quite reasonably priced for Zurich. - Very spacious and clean facility with a very convenient and quiet location.

  We liked the location, that they have carpark (even if it costs a little extra), there was wi-fi (and it worked the whole time). A suite is always nicer when more than two people and this time, even better as we got upgraded to an even more spacious suite. Loved having breakfast brought to our room allowing us to sleep until a little later. Than... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ks. Big bathroom with great showers (2) - The size of the room is umbelieveble! The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. The staff is perfect, everybody was so gentle and caring during my stay. Totally recommend and certainly would stay here again.
