rather quiet. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Although a city
hotel, yet it feels personal. A manager or owner personally appeared in
the breakfast room overlooking things, doing whatever needed doing and

than cramped, the'd made their best of the available space.
Interesting old t -
The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. The free wifi was a real bonus as was the complimentary tea and coffee in the reception area. The breakfast room was beautiful and the service very good. The location was fantastic and thankfully the hotel is on the quieter side of the old quarter which meant that one wasn't disturbed by people coming out of the bars and cafés late at night.

Lovely hotel, perfect location but the staff was a standout. All of them were genuine and helpful. In particular the concierge, Ishaq Gardizy, was amazing. I found myself with the opportunity to travel to Geneva for CERN open days and was in an unplanned rush of sorts. He was excellent at helping me get where I needed to be when I needed to be. On

The room I booked, though expensive, has the value. The overall feeling of interior, river & city view are excellent. Hotel location is also good.
The machine that provides fresh orange juicy for breakfast is outstanding.
The adjustable bed is considerate.
In-room Wi-fi is now available & free ( it was not ).

η εξυπηρετηση - efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. Definately far superior to other 4 star hotels we have stayed in, even better than some 5 star hotels.

Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και προσεγμένα δωμάτια, αν και μικρά - I particularly liked the fact that there was a Nespresso coffee machine in my room which made excellent coffee. Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception). Have stayed there at least twice before and can thoroughly recommend this Hotel as a base for exploring not only

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food. I have stayed at this hotel periodically during the last 20 years and really like it. - the friendliness of staff, i was provided with everything i asked for

Everything was very stylish and beautiful. Stuff was very amicable. They wanted to help and in the same time they watch your eyes, not your pocket. -

Σχετικά καλό ξενοδοχείο για λίγες μέρες. Ζεστό και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Εκτός ιστορικού κέντρου, θέλει σχετικό περπάτημα. The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is excellent

Location was great, right outside downtown. Excellent roof top patio, and lovely restaurant. Darling rooms, with great decor, and reasonable price for Switzerland.
