The room was comfortable and the staff wereextremely helpful. From my month long trip through Europe, the swissotelin Zurich was by far the best. Will definitely stay again.

They exceeded my expectations in overall quality. The staff was fast and efficient. The welcome tray of chocolates and water was much appreciated as was the free wired internet service. - Everything is brand new (I'm writing Aug 2008). The rooms are super clean, and the place has a modernist cool-hotel look. It was very easy to stay there.

We were put in the Best Western part of the facility because the Flexihome was full. It turned out to be lucky for us since we were told the Flexihome Apts. are very small and not nearly as nice as the Best Western right in front of it. The restaurant was also very nice but a bit expensive.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent distance from city centre and airport. Public transport tram in front of the hotel makes it easy to reach all interesting parts of the city. the Upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking Zurich with a panoramic view. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. - Very co-operative and understandable counter staff (Beatriz).

Good and helpfull staff. Room consider actually two rooms, sleeping room and tv room. rooms were big. - The hotel was excellent but the staff were the best part - they were friendly and extremely helpful.
