This is a lovely, family run hotel, typical of ski, hiking accommodation in this area. The Cabana is a not a large hotel and has a quiet atmosphere.The staff were very helpful and friendly, the South facing rooms have fabulous views of the Eiger and are clean, comfortable, with a spacious balcony. Fantastic view of the Eiger. Excellent breakfast provisions. Very nice home-baked bread, fresh fruit ,cereals, yoghurt, meat and cheeses. Also offered a cooked breakfast. Staff were helpful and able to provide an iron/ironing board when requested.Ample parking. Within walking distance of town. Overall the best accommodation within our 6 week holiday.

Service of all staff members was superb. Very relaxed, very friendly, and very attentive. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent, with special meals made for the kids. My husband had a massage at the spa which was excellent. Family suite was dated in style but enormous with amazing views, and was ideal for our purpose

it is convenient to the station and the main street, however it's very quiet and a good view place. Anna is very friendly and willing to provide all the information which she knew. of course i would stay there again. -

Very comfortable with room to move. Kitchen was useful to do some cooking of meals. Very warm and reasonably close to the township of Grindewald. -
Great location, close to mountain trains and cable cars. Great location for hiking nearby.

The staff are very friendly, clean and comfortable and also the location is good as it close to train station. Good value for money .. I love the atmosphere .. Will stay here again. -
We had great time in Grindewald, we were impressed by the secenery there and breakfast was also amazing, esp the cute napkin! you should go to Grindewald and enjoy
