Was happy with our check in, the fellow was prompt and friendly. The
breakfast is wonderful! Everything is new and spotlessly clean, however,
our room was on a floor that was being renovated, and it was quite
noisy. We did not have air con, and therefore needed the windows open,
where there was a lot of outside noise. But once the window was closed,
it was fine. Upon check out, the front of house person was away from the
desk for over fifteen minutes! So that was a bit frustrating. Others

Everything! The staff were very friendly and informative. I loved the modern decor. I love orange and loved the orange accents from their logo to the furnishings. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. I could walk to the train station and restaurants and the tram was so close. I loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend F6 Design Hotel!.
It is a cute, little hotel 10 minutes walk from the railway station. The design and furniture are new, with the efficient way of using the not too big room space. The room had a tea tray, which was convenient. The staff was very nice and helpful: when it turned out we would have to miss breakfast to be in the airport on time, we got a bunch of food to go.
We stayed just 1 night so it was a short stay to fully evaluate all services/facilities but in short we were satisfied. Staff is polite, helpful and responsive to request/demands. Hotel facilities are good, breakfast is OK, upon arrival passes for the Geneva public transport are given. Overall good value for money in Geneva.
Really helpfull staff. Had to bug them a bit (because they were fully booked), but got the late checkout on the marathon day, which was really important to me and nice of them. They also agreed to mail some postcards for me. Very decent breakfast. Nespreso coffee machine in the room. All together, good value for money.
We loved this hotel. It is clean, quiet and being near the train station
is an added bonus. The decor is amazing, a lot of attention was paid to
detail. Tea/coffee tray in the room very welcome. Cold buffet at
breakfast was ok, gets you going. The waitress was very friendly as was
the very lovely lady at reception.
We only stayed for one night only, but we enjoyed the room design and the delicious breakfast. Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to the train station, which made is easy to come from and go to the airport. The free public transportation tickets was as well a plus :).

For a non-luxury hotel, it was about the best. It also had air conditioning which most places at which I stayed did not. And, it was in a quiet neighborhood, off the main street of town, but not far from the train station.
The hotel is located one metro stop away from the train station. It is only about a ten minute walk from the lake and three metro stops away from the united nations. Very clean. The staff was very nice.
I liked the position ( walk distance from the center, the lake, the train station), as well as the kindness of the staff.Price is also absolutely fair. A small but really nice hotel for sure !!.
Comfort and facilities would have received an excellent, except they were doing some remodeling which unfortunately for my room meant not having a/c during one of the hotest weeks of the year.

Staff very friendly, Breakfast selection and facilites very good, although the Hotel was tucked out of the way - once you got your bearings it was a pleasent walk to the lake and town.
1.We couldn't arrive until 23:00 pm but a very friendly conversation by phone and the hotel staff found a solution for us.
2. Free ticket for all all public transport in the city!.
The staff were attentive but not pushy. I expected my room to be small and cramped...it was small, yes, but so well laid out, attractive, and comfortable! Great location as well.
Good kitchen area to eat in if you preferred. Great TV and BBC channels. Good sized room. Central to all parts of the city for visiting. Great selection for breakfast.

The air-conditioning system in the room did not work, there was too hot without it. The staff was not able to fix it and we had to put a sheet of paper to cover its screen (its blinking in the night was annoying).
Location: not so close to the city center/lake Geneva but close to the central train station.
The room that I got was described to me as a really spacious one but given its size I cannot imagine what the small rooms must look like... Shower with the curtain, somewhat clogged sink and too little daylight since the other building is really close.
The cleaners repeatedly knocking on our door to check if we had
left. Rather awful plumbing smell in our room which I'm sure the
hotel will fix.
Breakfast could be improved.
I was only there one evening, so I didn't take advantage of much of the facility. And, I had to leave before breakfast. These are not criticisms; they just make it tougher to compare it.

Some furniture in the room wasn't necessary and took up extra space.
The lift was being renovated when we arrived so we had to climb three stories with our luggage, but the staff offered to help and the next day the lift was working, so it didn't ruin our stay. The rate I booked was different from the rate I paid (about 10 Euro more), as you pay in the CHF-Euro exchange rate on the date of check-out. I didn't like that: the rate should have been fixed on booking.

A little mixup with credit card. Hotel wanted to pre authorise money for a whole stay a day before I checked in, instead of pre-authorizing for a first night only, what I believe is a normal procedure.

No restaurant / in room dining, but pizzeria and other restaurants close by.

renovation works every day as from 07:30 in the morning: much noise, restricted space for moving in the corridor, no excuse or compensation from the management;
building site in the neighbourhood.
