I liked the room with a terrace and space, and also the courtesy of the staff. Special thanks to the dark haired waitress in the hotel restaurant about 18:00 hours 11.05, I'm really impressed by her. 10 points :-). -

The location is excellent, very central. The hotel itself has a very cosy and intimate look, and is also very modern. - Excellent location near city facilities, good service, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Recommend the buffet breakfast too.

Once visited, never forgotten. - The hotel was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Cool showers. Breakfast was excellent and included. The front desk was extremely helpful. The location is on the island of Eriksburg. To get to the city center one must take the bus or a ferry. We opted for the ferry. There is a stop right outside of the hotel. It was an enjoyable and scenic ride. Buy ticket at hotel, not onboard.

excellent breakfast open til 10.30 on Sunday, much appreciated. Very helpful staff who spoke excellent English, we could put bus cards onto the hotel bill etc. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked good and other people did use them a lot. It is very clean, good price, 20 minutes by foot to the city center. I really do recomend it to anyone who doesn't mind the shared bathrooms and toilets. -

excellent service and friendly staff- they kept my room despite very late arrival into city and hotel was fully booked. the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable and they also provided snacks all day and night in kitchen- free of charge which was added and welcome bonus! would highly recommend this hotel.... - excellent all round- great staff
