Casa Cosy was everything the excellent reviews we read said and more. Koen was an extremely helpful host and came out to meet us to park the car upon arrival for a minimal 10 euros. Even preparing our room for an early check-in. The apartment was beautifully furnished and had lovely touches such as a bottle of cava in the fridge plus everything you might possibly need such as an iron, hairdryer and bathroom supplies. We've liked everything in Casa Cosy: exceptional welcome and guests support, location, sufficient kitchenette equipment & amenities, that include well operating conditioning, sound proofing, coffee machine&capsules, fruits&juicer, etc. And welcome Champaign was 'just in time'! Thanks! Apartment is recently renovated and nice decorated. Beds are very comfortable and bedding is at great quality. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. Enjoy!.
The apartment was exactly as the pictures suggest, if not better.
Exceeded our expectations for a city centre apartment. The location was
excellent for the old town with the old city gates on the doorstep. The
apartment was at the back of the building so there was no street noise.
We would definitely stay again. The owner even left a complimentary
bottle of cava for us to enjoy, along with plenty of information &
maps of Valencia.
We were welcomed in an very friendly manner and given much information.
The apartment offered two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a bathroom
and a toilet. The dishwasher, cooking plate and other kitchen utilities
were new and worked perfectly. The apartment was very clean. The
neighborhood is delightful. All in all we our stay at Casa Cosy was
delightful. Our compliments go to the owner-managers.
The accommodation was well located in the old centre and beautifully maintained and comfortable. The manual of maps, key sights and restaurant suggestions provided was marvellously helpful. We especially appreciated the warm welcome and assistance provided by Marcella. Thank you for a most enjoyable time in a colourful and dynamic city.
Thoughtfully designed apartments have especially convenient historical location. It creates exceptional sence when you occurs both inside and outside you can catch authentic atmosphere of old Valencia. Mr. Koen delivers special care and has profeccional eye for details. We have really got value for money!.

Lovely spacious apartment. We were on the 1st floor and had a two bedroom apartment. SPOTLESSLY clean and the apartment was cleaned every 2 days by Koen and staff. The apartment is centrally located with lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc close by.
The personality of the owner. Giding us through the city when we were lost at arrival. The little welcomies. Like flowers, a bit of mantequilla with jam and toast, and a bottle of wine in the fridge.
We felt very welcome and had a wonderfull time in the middle of the ancient city. Thanks Koen.
First of all the champagne waited for us. The owner provided cafe, jam,
toats etc. After claening we found chocolate. Good location: 3 minutes
walking to old city, 5 min to all sightseeing, 15 min to station and
other places.
Very well equiped with facility in apartment, we also got champaign as welcome drink. Kun was also nice and helpful. We absolutely will come back to stay here if we are in valencia again.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, freshly decorated and well equipped. The location, close to the old town, was good. The bottle of cava and basic food essentials were very welcome.

We loved Casa Cosy due to the fact that its location was central to many activities such as biking, walking, enjoying the Old City, museums and of course great restaurants.

Koen is very friendly and explained where to eat and what to see. There was a bottle of cava in the fridge, bedding/towels changes each 2 days. Perfect.

A TV channel in English would have made the flat screen television more useful. More local information, instead of a link to a website, would have helped those of us without access. Our main problem was with Valencia, which has declined since our last visit, with too much graffiti and too many fast food restaurants.
It was perfect and lovely.
Some of the other People living in the building were very loud.
Perhaps (and this is splitting hairs) a slightly stronger shower. But really that's a tiny detail as the bathroom was fantastic anyway.
