Tamariu is beautiful and the hotel is well placed for the beach and the local restaurants. This is a small basic hotel but it has all the charm it needs to make for a great break from the rat race.Would definately return again.

I knew the surroundings of Casamar already from nearly twenty years ago. But I couldn't believe it was such a lovely area still. Naturally, the location of this hotel is the best with the beatiful view over the sea and the promenade of Llafranch. However, the pathways along the coast to Tamariu and Calella de Palafrugell are fantastic. In May, this was such a relaxing and cosy area. Hotel was superb. Very clean, really helpful staff, lovely view over the bay, close to the beaches and cliffside walks, 2 minute walk to several excellent restaurants, quiet and relaxing, massive choice for breakfast. We are keen to return again. -

The gorgeous view of the bay from our balcony - we had a room on the top floor facing the sea. The food in the restaurant is delicious - red wine and simple tapas in front of the fire during the colder, rainy weather was also a treat.
