Located in the centre of Sevilla, Apartamentos Alemanes Gradas offer apartments with furnished terraces that look onto Sevilla’s Cathedral and its Giralda tower. They all have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Decorated in white and cream colours, the apartments feature pretty tiled walls in their bathrooms and art work in their lounges, as well as spiral staircases. Fresh flowers and a bottle of wine are waiting upon the guest’s arrival. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, hob, fridge and dishwasher. Shared laundry facilities are also available and are free of charge. Sevilla’s Alcazar is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the apartments and Plaza de España is about 20 minutes away. Sevilla airport is a 15-minute drive and can also be reached in public transport.

Perfect location for a cultural 4-night stay with a 5 star view of the iconic Giralda and amazingly quiet. We worked so hard at the sightseeing during the day that we ate in every night which the well-equipped kitchen made easy: this was a great moneysaver as well as relaxing. The recommendations for local sights, supermarket and bread shop were spot on: we never made it to the local restaurants as we ate elsewhere at lunchtime. The 1st floor apartment we had would be a perfect spot for viewing.
όλα τα σχόλια » Daniel was there when we arrived and was incredibly knowledgeable and eager to make our visit to Seville a memorable one. The bottle of sherry on arrival was a welcome touch, but the best thing was the location. We could look out the balcony and see the Alcazar and the Giralda; the two biggest sights in the city. It was almost like we were there back in the day. Terrific dining was right around the corner and it was a short walk to the Museum of Flamenco dance concert. We would recommended the . The apartment is right in the heart of old city, you can nearly want to touch the old cathedral in front. The one bedroom duplex apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift, well furnished with a very comfortable and brand new sofa bed on the ground floor another room nice bedroom upstairs. Both areas the sitting room and the bedroom opens up into nice veranda looking into the old city. The French windows are sound proof so when you shut it silence. Highly recommended. The apartment was beautiful with a great view of the cathedral and a nice balcony. The location was very central and we could walk around to most places. Daniel who showed us around was very helpful and provided suggestions and maps of Seville which was very useful. Inside the flat, everything that you could want was there from a hair dryer to plates and cuttlery etc. Very central location apartment right beside giralda and cathedral. Central heated with ajoining terrace. Daniel arrived to show us around the apartment and provided us with very good recommendation of restaurants, cultural insights and even booked a return taxi to airport. It deserves the high rating it receives. We were welcomed by the scents of orange blossoms, a beautiful sight of the Cathedral (the location of the apartment doesn't get better than this), a bottle of sherry and an excellent introduction to Sevilla by Daniel! The shower was small, but luxurious. And the terrace was a huge plus, very comfortable. In short, loved it. Couldnt get a better, more iconic view and location in Seville. Plenty of space, clean, good taste furniture. Roof top terrace a delight. Greeted with a bottle of red a nice touch. Very enjoyable trip and nice memories largely owed to time in apartment. A good enough reason to go back!. Lovely big room with comfy chairs. Fabulous view of cathedral especially from top iterrace. Very tasteful decor, well restored. Great shower and equipped kitchen. everything! location was wonderful overlooking the Giralda and Cathedral. aparment spotlessly clean, modern, characterful, extremely well appointed. Daniel was wonderful!! Really gave us some good advice. The view was amazing - and the location could not be beat. Next time I'm staying a week!!. Fabulous place to stay - unique location, very confortable appartment. We have already suggested the need for a 4-person cafetiere. It's not really a 4-person apartment unless you are a young family or a very friendly group as it is completely open plan apart from curtains around the double bed area and two people have to sleep on the double sofabed. It was lovely and spacious for just the two of us. As a fat old man, the spiral staircase to the balcony was a bit of an exciting challenge, but not an unpleasant one. It was worth the climb. The only thing we didn't like is that the noise from the apartment next door, if you have noisy neighbors like we did, is like they are right in your apartment. The stairs was quiet steep to the first floor. The toilet seat was detached from toilet bowl. The sofa bed was not comfortable. Either the mattress needs replacing or else the metal frame is too prominent in the design of this type of sofa bed. Nothing in particular but dvd player the only thing i can think. All perfect!!. no negative comments to make. we loved the whole trip!. the stairs were a challenge to bringing up suitcases but we managed fine -.
