I went to visit Murcia with my Spanish girlfriend. The lady working there spoke not a word of English, which for me was good as I could practice my Spanish. The rooms were very clean and a nice size and view from the room... They supplied cold bottles of water, or cans of drink for the room for free and free WiFi. I cant believe the room was so cheap. Although the hotel was a bit dated it was very clean and comfortable. The girl at Reception was more than helpful and provided bottled water at no extra cost. Free WiFi and breakfast included made it excellent value for money. If you are looking for a no frills hotel close to Murcia Airport this is the one. Will definitely be returning.
όλα τα σχόλια » For the price this hotel can't be faulted. Nice peaceful location but only 10 mins walk to the beach. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and polite. The room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was more than adequate. Breakfast was self-service and simple - hot and cold drinks, toast and snacks. Lovely big room and very comfortable. Free wifi was excellent and the breakfast in the café attached to the hotel was very good. Next door to the adjacent Repsol garage there was an excellent Chinese restaurant - The Big House, good food and good price. The effort put into making me welcome and the information given to help ensure that my stay was as good as possible. Informed that drinks (including sodas & beer always available) for residents.Delightful experience, Thanks Mar Mediterraneo. It was a cozy, charming hotel, not for the rich and famous, but more for the simple traveler with not a great deal of demands. It was quiet too. I also liked the lady in charge of the hotel. She was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for our purposes, it was clean and the lady who works there was very helpful. There was free bike hire as well so we could get around easily. Very good value for money. Very friendly family run hotel. Immaculately clean. For a budget hotel, even offered toiletries in bathroom. friendly management, big clean room, excellent breakfast, fantastic value for money will return soon. The breakfast was fantastic and everyone was so helpful, well done to all the staff...... Reasonable price. Quiet location not far from the promenade. Friendly staff. the hotel was clean and the room comfortable. the rooms had a good size and clean. The price of €25 per night for a very basic room and facilities was good. If you want such accommodation then it is fine. Do not expect more . Easy going always something to eat & drink for free nice landlady, only speaks spanish, in our case no prob we speak it as well. friendliness,helpful staff, value for money suited us, but dont expect 4 star and ul like it, bit hard to find first time. Basic breakfast adequate. it was a good location easy access for the beach .Very quite at night .The breakfast was ok. Price was very good. We were visiting area to look at property and wanted a value for money hotel. Location to the airport was great. five minutes away. It was very near airport. There was nothing to like about the house that purported to be an hotel. Nothing. As I went in November the room was a little cold. Also It said breakfast included, but this was only a loaf of bread and a toaster with some jam or butter, and a few cakes, etc. but what can you expect for £20 a night for 2 people !. They could do with investing in some new towels and a better selection of teabags!. There was nothing to not like. Not applicable. Coffee was not much better than instant from the machine. Chain kept coming off one of the bikes but not a major problem. Absolutelly no complaints. having to leave to come home "". ....The bed was good but had just one long pillow, which was very firm..but overall a great stay.... Some of the fittings in need of renovation. WIFI not available as advertised. We had trouble finding the hotel. It is a house with no signage. we had booked with breakfast, but there was nothing except coffee and a pack of 2 biscuits each. the spanish are not very quiet. Leaky air conditioning but could easily be repaired House needs a bit if maintenance but nothing drastic wrong. Directions not clear, had to ask at Hotel Mar Menor and were taken there. Asked for twin room, were shown double, but changed when asked. the coffee tea was always cold from the machine .And there wasn't a fridge in the room .The place in general could do with an update .IT is more of a B&B. Hotel wasn't signed posted and made it difficult to find. Breakfast was extremely poor.eg. Cold coffee no tea. Poor selection of food. Cheap bread, basket for all residents to use held 2 mini croissants and a few sponge cakes. Room was very basic but clean. Towels were not changed throughout our visit which disgusts me. Air con did not function very well. I wouldn't class it as a hotel at all. More like self catering. The breakfast supply was very poor. The machine for drinks was never hot enough. A bowl of fruit and some yogurts would be good. An extra few pounds would make breakfast better. Booked due to the closeness to the sea front. The map showed it one street back from the sea. It was a 40 minute walk inland. Shabby and very small. Breakfast was a joke with the coffee being undrinkable. Only saw one lady on duty who did not speak English. Very hard to find - street names do seem to appear in this part of Spain. All of it,, dirty room, breakfast a disgrace.hard to find. It's the pits. Took me an hour to findit even after going to the local police. Told would not charge and then took money without permission from my card. Breakfast appauling.
