Food excellent. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great value for money. Elderly relative did find all the steps up to the room quite difficult. We didn't have young children with us but there seemed to be good entertainment for them. Had a lovely time would recommend it. -

We did the all inclusive , it was great value . There was a large selection of food for breakfast , lunch & dinner . Plenty of red wine on tap & beers . Would we go back " Yes " -

Apartments were clean and well appointed.Pool and bar area were well equipped and the food was basic but tasty. The bar shut at 6.00 pm which was ideal for us with young children. -

A very spacious studio with great views over Santa Ponsa bay. Apartment had fridge, microwave, toaster as well as a small cooker. Shower always had hot water which sometimes is hit and miss in complexes. One review I read prior to my visit said wi-fi was 5 euro an hour, it isn't it's 5 euro a day or 10 euro for three days. I didn't take my laptop

The vista club is located close to the beach. Our apartment had an excellent view and was comfortable. The kitchen had good furnishing so for group of friends it was good opportunity to save some money. There were also some good clubs and bars around the vista club.

Great Apartment and excellent value for money.
It was a memorable stay. My children had a fantastic time
The kids loved the impressive play area which they used all the time and kept them very happy. The older one also had a really good time watching the free Disney channels on TV in the apartment.

Apartments very spacious and well laid out. Small area to sit outside the front of the apartment. Plenty of sunloungers available and the pool was a good size. Location was good for the beach, approx 250 metres. Handy for getting supplies as two supermarkets close by, along with several cheap bars.

We got exactly what we expected, very quiet and comfortable place to stay /we tried to avoid noisy areas like Magaluf/. The reception staff were very helpful and nice. We got great studio with beautiful view onto the bay. Food was ok, you always find something nice to eat. Definitely I would recommend Club Santa Ponsa to those who do not require l

We stayed for 4 days and really loved the location - up on a hill with beautiful views over the bay. The hotel is much quainter than any of the others with lots of outdoor dining/seating areas. The food was excellent with lots of choice. We will certainly return for another short and very inexpensive break in the sun!

I liked the location, 200m to beach, easy access to the sea from pool area, shops across the road and 5min walk to mail shopping / dining area -

Everything was amazing - I wanted to practice my Spanish and they were so patient with me and told me the words when i wasn't sure. The stuff was really frienly, it was as we came to our close friends or relatives to spend our vacation! They tried to do everything to make our stay pleasant and they really did it!
Plus, good rooms with a lot of space even if it is a single room! Certainly, good food in the morning and perfect dinner in the evening! Everything was delicios!
Also my parents said there was best sangria in the town (and I believe them as they tried it a lot in the town)

mostly with my 80yr old mother.I Am also disabled and use a
wheelchair/crutches and the staff are very helpful towards me by
putting me into a room next to the lift. -
Loved every bit of it, very friendly staff, great location, clean towels every day

Not a lot! We love this resort but found our stay very very disappointing. The hotel is abolutely alive with foreign bodies. We had not fresh linen or cleaning of our rooms during the stay. The reception staff had no customer relations skills whatsoever. I am so deeply disappointed in this hotel it certainly has gone down hill dramatically sin
