... τι λέει ο κόσμος » estaurants. The only negative thing I found about the hotel is that not all staff spoke Spanish, and as a Spanish customer and staying in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) the minimum I expect is all members of staff to speak the language!

Food excellent. Staff pleasant and helpful. Great value for money. Elderly relative did find all the steps up to the room quite difficult. We didn't have young children with us but there seemed to be good entertainment for them. Had a lovely time would recommend it. -

We did the all inclusive , it was great value . There was a large selection of food for breakfast , lunch & dinner . Plenty of red wine on tap & beers . Would we go back " Yes " -

Friendly staff, from arrival on reception right down to the cleaners, bar staff including John, a really lovely friendly and attentive to customers. Clean and tidy, beds fantastic No springs or dips and drops....beds made every day ..cleaned rooms and more towels if wanted. Resturant staff, very friendly and polite. Lovely food, and a wide choice

Friendly & helpful staff without being too familiar help make this reasonably priced hotel a place to visit.
It's in the centre Of S. Ponsa & just across from the beach.
I'd have no hesitation returning.

Apartments were clean and well appointed.Pool and bar area were well equipped and the food was basic but tasty. The bar shut at 6.00 pm which was ideal for us with young children. -

Great Apartment and excellent value for money.
It was a memorable stay. My children had a fantastic time
The kids loved the impressive play area which they used all the time and kept them very happy. The older one also had a really good time watching the free Disney channels on TV in the apartment.

Apartments very spacious and well laid out. Small area to sit outside the front of the apartment. Plenty of sunloungers available and the pool was a good size. Location was good for the beach, approx 250 metres. Handy for getting supplies as two supermarkets close by, along with several cheap bars.

It is a very nice and good looking small hotel with excellent facilities. The owners and staff are very helpful and friendly and take care of 24/7 service.
The hotel is located 2 minute walk from the main centre of Santa Ponsa, and has beach/sea side view as well as a view to the main street.

Our room was simple but with excellent view to the sea. The bathroom small and clean and the room big enough for 2 but with balcony.

The staff were so so so friendly, my 5 year old was given so much
attention that I needn't have been there! They helped him learn
spanish and joked around with him all holiday long :d

We got exactly what we expected, very quiet and comfortable place to stay /we tried to avoid noisy areas like Magaluf/. The reception staff were very helpful and nice. We got great studio with beautiful view onto the bay. Food was ok, you always find something nice to eat. Definitely I would recommend Club Santa Ponsa to those who do not require l

We stayed for 4 days and really loved the location - up on a hill with beautiful views over the bay. The hotel is much quainter than any of the others with lots of outdoor dining/seating areas. The food was excellent with lots of choice. We will certainly return for another short and very inexpensive break in the sun!

Everything was amazing - I wanted to practice my Spanish and they were so patient with me and told me the words when i wasn't sure. The stuff was really frienly, it was as we came to our close friends or relatives to spend our vacation! They tried to do everything to make our stay pleasant and they really did it!
Plus, good rooms with a lot of space even if it is a single room! Certainly, good food in the morning and perfect dinner in the evening! Everything was delicios!
Also my parents said there was best sangria in the town (and I believe them as they tried it a lot in the town)
