  Very good value for money, rooms were excellent and well appointed, we stayed in the annexe over the road. Food was buffet style breakfast and evening meal and the quality and choice was excellent. Although not on the sea front only 200m and quite walkable even though I am disabled. - Great price, good location.   very quiet..that was probably due to the fact that there was only 4 other sets of guests staying at the time.!
