Check-in and key collection takes place at: J&V IMMO. Calle Merce Rodoreda,1. Local 5B, 17480, Roses.
Key collection takes place from 15:30 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
Please note that late check-in after 19:30 carries a surcharge of EUR 25. It is not possible to check in after 21:00.
Towels and bed linen are not included in the price. Guests may bring their own or hire them for a supplement of EUR 15 per person. This service must be reserved in advance.
During winter months the price does not include the cost of electricity. This supplement will be calculated on usage and must be paid upon check-out.
There is a cleaning supplement of EUR 50, which is obligatory for all stays. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation.
