A lovely apartment holiday complex, situated along the canal and on the marina of Santa Margarita in Rosas. The apartment holiday complex has a caretaker, bar, restaurants and common parking area. There is even a big common swimming pool with a bar and Jacuzzi. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the residence. In the living and dining room you can find two folding beds. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a micro wave, fridge freezer and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other one with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower, a toilet and washbasin. The patio with garden furniture has view of the port. The distance to the beach is 1900m. Also within 1900m you will find the shopping centre with diverse shops, banks, doctor and restaurants. The surrounding is suitable for wonderful diverse outdoor sport activities and cultural trips to e.g. Cadaques, Figueres and Girona.
