Stayed 4 nights at this well-managed hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. Our room (junior suite) had a great view on the river and the Guggenheim museum. The coloured windows are a somewhat strange gimmick, but you get used to it after a while. We enjoyed being able to rent bicycles at the hotel and discover Bilbao at our own speed. Break
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » fast includes some quite tasty bread! - The free bikes were great. Bilbao is excellent for cycling around and we managed to get way further than on foot. Staff were really exceptionally friendly and pleasant. We used their package that included the bikes and Guggenheim tickets. Convenient. Ideally situated for the Guggenheim and old city.

A great little Hotel right on the beach and with a well kept 2 mile
long promanade overlooking the beach and across the water to the port
area of Bilbao.
Good room with a sea view and balcony but a little hiccup one day over cleaning the room with dirty/ wet towels not changed but very soon sorted out with a word at reception.

Fabulous location in front of beach, nicely renovated hotel with nice clean rooms, big bed, and lovely new bathrooms. What it lacks in extras, it makes up for in being clean, modern, offering a good breakfast, and a great spot in front of the beach. Parking off-season is free & easy on road running parallel to beach.

our second stay at this hotel, the previous one being 3 years earlier, and it is as good as last time. The rooms were excellent as were the helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. The hotel is situated about 20mins walk from the old town and the Guggenheim. There are numerous small bars nearby and a range of restaurants. - The staff

I enjoyed everything. The staff was very, very helpful and courteous. The hotel was wonderful - modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, perfect. I'd stay there again in a second. The hotel is an excellent value. - staff were incredibly helpful, with fluent english. Road directions out of town were clear and accurate.

Very helpful staff, lovely rooms, good food available in the bar and good location for the Guggenheim - we took a tram which stopped only 100 yds from the hotel. - You got what you expected from staying at a 4* and the hotel staff were very helpful.

It was one of the best hotles I have stayed in, and I spend my life in hotels. I visit on average 40 hotels a year in my job. I loved the design and art work and the thematic ties with the amazing Guggenhein Museum and Fine Arts Museum, both of which are within such easy walking distance.
