Staff on site could not be more helpful e.g. needed extra fan for children's bedroom due to evening heat and one arrived same day (basic Spanish essential). It is a nice, very clean and quite hotel just beside the university of Alicante with good bus and tram connection the city. Very good for travelers working with university. easy access to airport by bus or taxi. I enjoyed my staying there. -

We loved everything: the facilities, the staff, the location.
The staff were really friendly. They were willing to accommodate you. We booked primarily for just 6 nights, and ended up staying there for our whole vacation in Valencia (14 nights).
The room was very spacious and it was cleaned every day.

Like previous reviewers, we only stayed for one night prior to an early morning flight. Comfortable bed, small balcony, air con and a great location only 5 minutes drive from the airport. We had to leave before breakfast so can't comment but think it's served from 6am. We had a really good meal in Avenida 1, just around the corner from the hotel

I just needed an overnight stay near Alicante Airport. I got a very clean room, excellent free wifi and it was only 29€ with breakfast. I had an early flight the next day, the taxi arrived in a few minutes and staying so close to the airport took all of the stress out of trying to get there at an unsocial hour.

We were visiting Valencia for city break.The place was a really nice surprice.Very friendly and helpful man at the reception desk (we had a late check in and he waited for us).The room was ok, sort of dormitory, spotless clean.Very good wifi connection.The location was also ok,3 min walk to nearest metro station,20 min to City of Art and Science.A

when my poor Spanish failed me, they tried everything to help and

Location can not be beat. On nice Beach. Room was lean and e erything worked well. Pub downstairs was lively but never had issue with noise in room. -
Located on beach front, nice bar with pool table and darts. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable room with wifi. Very close to tram stop.

The hotel was in a great location for us as we were meeting some people from a cruise ship who had docked there. Also, it was then easy to get into the centre by public transport. We were also, near the beach area were there was plenty of bars and restaurants to finish the day off. Nice clean hotel and very helpful. -
