  The hotel was very relaxing. The staff were great. They were helpful and very nice with our children, 10 & 12 years old. It seems to be a fairly new hotel. We had adjoining rooms, one entrance with two further doors after that. The rooms and bathrooms were huge. One room was a suite, large living room with large patio and and kingsize bedroom.... τι λέει ο κόσμος » The other room was the same size bedroom and both bathrooms were fantastic. Large showers, huge step into baths, lots of closets and separate toilets - Very Relaxing location, helpful staff and we had a small problem in our initial room but was quickly moved to a lovely room and they could not have been more helpful.

  Very, very good staff - professional, courteous and focused on the guest. Great for the business traveller - excellent workspace in the room, free WiFi. - Location is superb, directly on a beautiful stretch of beach. Also, on metro/tram lines to airport and city centre for sites and shopping.

We had a car and did lots of day trips to Guadalest, Javea and Moraira. Hotel was an excellent base. Staff really helpful and friendly.

  The staff were all excellent in their helpfulness and attention to requests. Hotel is in a good location for old town sightseeing. Hotel is a converted palace, and though design is very modern, older details have been preserved. Guest rooms are a little dark in the evenings due to few light sources.
