Highly comfortable, nice, large rooms and silent rooms, very clean and the free wi-fi. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive.
Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.

The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of
room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not
shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get
washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they

We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

Very convenient for golf, take the lift down to the car park collect a golf buggy and in less than two minutes you are on the first tee.
The tram service which is just outside the hotel takes you to Alicante in 15 mins and in the other direction to playa San Juan in just 3 mins -

The rooms were clean an adequate size and they were comfotrable. This hotel in convenient to shopping and the beach and bus stops are right outside the door. - so convenient for science park. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » n very friendly and there to help- not that we have needed them. i have always felt very happy here. - i have been going here since i was young and every time we go to benidorm we go to les dunes because it is a very nice place to be. the swimming pool is lovely, especially when the cover is over because the water is really warm and the heat meets you as you walk in. les dunes is surrounded by things to do and is very convienent. the beach is just yards away and is well kept.

The hotel was amazing, the staff as well, very helpful. The room was really nice and clean. They change the towels everyday, very efficient, no delays. The food was great as well, big choice. Also you can have buffet lunch at the hotel which is very comfortable and big choice. - This is our third year in Albir Playa, and we always enjoy our stay. T

Very helpful reception staff - well informed about local area. All staff friendly and polite. Prompt service. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Views over pool and mountains lovely. Weather too nice to use the indoor Spa area. Secure underground parking. The beach was beautiful with many good bars, restaurants, shops and a market in the resort. Tour

Buffet had a good variety of food for breakfast and dinner although some of the hot meals were a bit cold (you can always microwave it but that's not ideal). The atmosphere was relaxed and we felt welcome.
