Everything was magnificent. The hotel was modern, the staff were very approachable and spoke fluent english, the food and service was great, the gym and spa areas were also very enjoyable. - hotel very clean good food

Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. Food was good and a varied choice. -

"Paparazzi" just in front of the hotel with nice food and
delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily
organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem
with jellyfish. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable.

A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room

Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you
can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski
nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the
high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good
fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the
animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights
and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

Easy access from Palma, only 40 minutes by bus, but Esporles remains a typical Mallorcan village unspoiled by mass tourism. The hostal has every comfort, and at a great price. Staff are helpful but unobtrusive - I felt quite at home. Local cafes, bars and restaurants are all good quality and inexpensive. A great base for walking in the Tramuntana

Characterful old building in lovely mountain village with its own garden where guests can relax. Hotel was good value and had excellent facilities, with friendly, helpful focusing on local cuisine.

Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast with vast array of well cooked and presented food
Upmarket hotel with nice grounds in a dull touristy not very smart resort. One of the only hotels we saw with lots of space around the pool. Choice of pillows. Made a good base for exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca -

Wide range of excellent food at breakfast and dinner, suites are in building opposite main hotel, but that was ok as outside pool was also here.
Bar prices were reasonable.

Hotel has very friendly staff willing to help with all sorts of questions. In the evenings there were very nice animations in the hotel. Hotel has its own swimming pool (part for kids and separate for adults) and apart from that is very close to the sea. Perfect place for relaxed holiday, good value for money, strongly recommended. -

I have travelled a great deal for business and leisure over the last 20 years and Hotel Sa Bassa stands out as one of the best places I have stayed for relaxation, comfort and good service. The historical hotel buildings themselves are beautiful. Perhaps though the most striking asset the hotel has is its staff. They were all excellent; always helpful, friendly and attentive. It's difficult to give them sufficient praise. Well done Hotel Sa Bassa, we'll certainly be visiting again.

Placed on the border of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, it is a quiet place between sea and pine forest of Punta de N'Amer.
A great step this year is free wireless internet in the room.
The personnel is very helpfull and discreet. In very short time we felt at home. -

Loved the facilities at the hotel, the gym was great and in door pool
jacuzi, steam and sauna, outdoor pool very cold but refreshing. We used
the bike storage which was very secure and hired bikes at the port. We
didnt eat at the hotel as we were self catering but it looked good
quality food we just enjoyed walking into the port. We thoroughly

Very well located hotel for cycling holiday with excellent cycling facilities, bike wash, bike garages, on-site cycle shop, perfectly located for either high mountain or flat coastal rides. Clean, very comfortable and wih excellent facilities and friendly staff.

A great location. If felt very safe and comfortable with a number of small shops bars and restaurants around the small bay if the hotel isn't enough for you or just for a constitutional. Half board was very good with plenty of choice food to eat and very little waiting at the various serving areas. Some cook to order breakfast facility US style. P

Basically, the hotel is perfect for a relaxing trip. We took a half-
board and enjoyed it for 3 days. Great breakfasts and dinners, amazing
views and the location is just perfect so you can stay near pool or make
a very short 1 minute walk for one of Mallorca's best beaches.
It's also very easy to reach different nice spots nearby like Port
d'Andratx, Paguera, Santa Ponca and Tramuntana Mountains.
