  Everything was the best, this was our 4th visit - They had an indoor pool as well as 2 other pools outside. It was also about 1 block from the beach which was awesome. If you stay here then you will be on the German side of the beach. Since I live in Germany, i was looking to "get away" for a lil bit but i guess everything else worked out.   Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! The high points for us were the staff and high attention to detail in relation to design of the rooms and public spaces....we love t - Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

  Although the accommodation was fairly basic, it was very clean and reasonably well equipped. The host, Frank was exceptionally helpful and ready to oblige with anything extra which may be required. The pool and grounds of the hotel were well attended to and pre-recession the hotel probably had far more facilities. We would visit Porto Petro again, but in accommodation around the marina. - We really enjoyed being in the town of Puerto Petro; we are not big-city people at all, and it was lovely to be in a small town. Cal d"Or is just minutes away, where you can find many more shops and larger supermarkets. Our apartment was perfect, with a wonderful view of the port. Frank is very helpful and friendly. We would most definitely return!

  The location was amazing. The views from the hotel second to none. It was peaceful and relaxing. Pool lovely. Breakfast excellent with wide choice and on the occaisions we ate in the evening, food was fantastic. Staff were friendly but un obtrusive.
