Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really
tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about
it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they
all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry -

The manor house is run by a Mallorcan Family and a very friendly team of
staff. We like the quiet and discreet location. The affordable 4 course
gourmet dinners are highly recommended, and set in a romantic terrace

The friendly welcome set the scene for our overnight stay at this lovely, peaceful hotel with its picturesque courtyards in the heart of the countryside. Fresh flowers, fruit, a small bottle of prosecco and a welcome note in the room were unexpected extras. Location is prime. I didn't realise at the time, but most of Magaluf
is filth. This hotel however is situated at the bottom of the strip,

We had a very nice stay in this lovely hotel in the beginning of this
June. Very beautiful and well designed, smiley people at front desk,
excellent breakfasts, fantastic see-view and perfect location - very
close to the beach and far enough from boozy street to keep it quite

Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

Location - away from the busy Cala Ratjada town and harbour but within easy and pleasant walking distance. Minutes from the pretty and small Cala Gat beach and the short coast walk around to Cala Ratjada.
Rooms and poolside very clean and all staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast facilities.
We were the only Brits in the hotel, but thats OK with us and no different from expected.

The location was ideal for a lazy day/eve in the port. The hotel is
clean and functional for a short holiday. It was nice to sit on the

Lovely, friendly family run business. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and calming. Room with four poster bed, and extremely clean. Nice breakfast with option of freshly cooked omellettes if wanted. Would definately stay again. -
The place is completely charming (if you like the countryside and farm), the pool is very nice when traveling in summer.
