Only 10 min. Taxi drive from airport. The hotel was renovated 2013.
Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed one week (half board)
at end of October 2013, and at this time of the year season ends.
Therefore, we see that there is less queuing everywhere and more quiet
beach life than during summer season. We got very good and prompt

Location is excellent - the beach is a street across and it is 10 mins away from the airport. Facilities are good too - decent sized swimming pool, pool table, gym, spa facilities... The hotel organized different events over different nights - flamenco, acrobatics and fire show, singers on Friday night and a Dj on Saturday night.. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a beautiful old property, which has been wonderfully converted into a hotel providing a range of accommodation, from standard through to extreme luxury. Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.
The next day we were able to change room to a higher floor without problems. The last day we were leaving late. We were given a room to keep until afternoon, very much appreciated to be able to have a shower and change before leaving as the temperat

The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. Staff was really nice and helpful! Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room

Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you
can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski
nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the
high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good
fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the
animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights
and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

The room was very nice with a spacious bathroom and all the amenities one would expect from a four star hotel; it was quite clean and well appointed.
