We arrived at the hotel at 10pm and were informed that some food was available for us if we wanted to eat. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean with good facilities and the food was fine. We stayed -
Hotel staff and food was A1 3 star hotel with 5 star service. Food was best I have had for this type of Hotel.Although hotel was catered for Germans, we had no problem as most people speak English. Also hotel is within walking distance to beach and shops and local transport was no problem. I would come back again to the same hotel, also if you like to play tennis there was a lot courts in the area and not far from Le Mar Golf course.

We loved our stay here. While the hotel is located beside an undeveloped
swamp, this was mostly hidden! Our balcony view was lovely, we were very
comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely well
equipped, important for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher and
washing machine were provided and washing tablets for both appliances!

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.

The Hotel is located in the Playa de Muro, next to bus station and it's very convenient to get here from Palma - sus 351 goes from Palma bus/train station every 30 minutes. The Hotel is very big and have several buildings and swimming pools. The restaurant is in the central building. The meals are various inlc. seafood, but it's a little bit crowd

Resting in the middle of September. Loved the location in Playa de Muro
and proximity to the beach; the beach without the crowds; a good hotel

This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. Food was good and a varied choice. -

The quaintness of the hotel and attention to detail. The owners have created an home from home atmosphere. A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room

Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you
can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski
nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the
high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good
fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the
animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights
and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

The staff is very friendly and you really have the feeling that they are there to take care of you. The hotel is a very good and the rooms are great. Take your laptop and a lan cable and you'll have internet free in your room - Excellent location for a few quiet days; fantastic views; swimming off the rocks was great; good pool; very friendly staff

Upmarket hotel with nice grounds in a dull touristy not very smart resort. One of the only hotels we saw with lots of space around the pool. Choice of pillows. Made a good base for exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca -

I can not fault the bluebay resort. Staff where so helpful. Location was fantastic with the beach across the road and can picafort a 5 minute walk away. The food was excellent and plenty of entertainment in the evening for adults and kids -
