Very good hotel, staff very friendly and helpfull. The bedroom are clearly not made for friends sharing room, as all seperation between shower and bedroom are glasses... But, the room are very nice, modern. Shower are not very well done, some details should have been done better... - We had an ipod dock, dell laptop, lcd tv and cool atmosphere ligh

Excellent decor. Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Wifi in the room was patchy but it didn't really matter as

Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

Σε κεντρικό σημείο μεν αλλά πάρα πολύς θόρυβος στον 4ο όροφο που εβλεπε προς την Gran Via - I loved the location, modern plumbing and lighting fixtures, and very accomodating staff. The bed was very comfortable also. We would stay there again in the future. - Location (Area of City)

absolutly amazing !! Nice view, wonderful restaurant, wonderful SPA, wonderful staff and services. All the staff was absolutely nice with us. - It´s an excelent hotel, a nice pool, far from the turists location but very close to the subway station. Excelent choice and value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was beyond expectation. Perfect position for seeing everything Madrid has to offer. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff - either well trained or the hotel is very lucky! We will definitely return to Madrid and the Radisson Blu will be our first choice of accommodation. The ideal hotel in the right place! (excellent location). It is a charming hotel with a real five stars service in the heart of the most elegant place of Madrid.(Barrio Salamanca). - The rooms were very nice and the hotel staff was polite and attentive. Huge suite with every comfort you need: Kitchen with Lavazza Coffee machine, living room with large flat TV, huge bath with bathtub, huge comfy bed with an array of pillows. Good location (on foot 7min from the Via Grande, 10 min from El Prado and 3 min from the Bus Station 'Bus Express' to the airport. Would definitly go back. Nespresso Machine in the breakfast room. Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.
