The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. These apartments are in a great location. Beach, shops and restuarants on your doorstep.
Comfortable beds, daily cleaning and change of towels. Lucia and Isabel were so obliging and welcoming.
Will definitely return with family.

An Excellent hotel . The accommodation was beautiful with memory foam mattresses and everything you would need. We were half board and the food delicious. This is a hotel located outside the city centre but well in walking distance.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.
The rooms are very spacious, are in fact apartments.
Spa, gym and classes are payable. The room rate however is so beneficial and with this system you only pay when you use it.

not so close to the center (10-15 mins), but the hotel is located in the front of the only beach of the city, which is very nice if you have a front sea room (to pay apart), which is very rare in lanzarote. The location was excellent just short walk from shops and beach and restaurants. Ana in the office was very helpful and really appreciated the late check out as our flight wasnt till 19.40 we were able to stay in villa till our pick up at 5. Villa set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Outdoor pool & patio area very private. Villa well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenage girls (Nintendo Wii in Villa a great idea). Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with any minor issues or queries. Villa about 20 minute walk to center of Playa Blanca (only €3 in Taxi). Excellent family holiday, we will stay there again.

Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors.

We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

Villa Orzola is very spacious and well equipped. Jorge is easily available and very helpful. It is only an easy 10 minute walk to the lovely little town of Haria. Pool area is very nice.

The staff was very polite and service minded. The spa was fantastic and special treatments (relax massage etc.) were very good. - hotel was spotless, staff very friendly and at the poolside was very relaxing and not over crowded
