Location - in a quiet, almost residential area, just 1 minute walk (literally) to Playa Bastian Beach and 5/10 mins walk to shops, bus stop, taxi rank, supermarket, lots of restaurants and La Curachas beach. All apartments get the afternoon sun. The whole place was spotless and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none. I like everything about the hotel facilities however the rooms need to
be more clean and disinfected because the room I stayed had little
cockroaches and other creepy things moving around which made it very
uncomfortable for me to sleep perhaps it just that room but, when I
was about to check-in I saw some guest at the reception complaining

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at oasis lanz, the pool area was beautiful and well maintained.The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent value, the singer was great too. We are regular holiday travellers, so we have plenty to compare with. We would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. Alondra Villas are exquisite, simply outstanding in every way! We stayed
at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we
received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of
this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and
on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine. The
cleaning staff came everyday at a time we requested and the pool was

the apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable, room layout felt amazing and quality of facilities on a very high level, including toaster and orange squeezer, nice new kettle. the hotel itself is extremely huge and it has thousands of small pools if you need some privacy and few large ones with entertainment for kids and adults.

We loved being able to see the mountains from the balcony, and the lovely layout of the resort. It was great for us as a family as there was plenty to see and do. The food was varied and to a high standard and we would love to come back and stay here again. The pool bartender (i think it was Josef) was very friendly and always made us welcome.

the benefit of hotel facilities but appartment acccommodation, excellent facilities for children, hotel location was perfect in the resort within walking distance to beach, shops and lovely restaurants. - The entertainment and the wonderful efforts or the kiddies clubreps., They were non stop in looking after all the guests (young andold) top marks

Ideal location -- away from tourist cohorts, very near beautiful beach
in national reserve, on pedestrian path making you forget cars,
beautiful view on islands, very quiet. Relatively small-sized hotel (max
3 floors per building), family athmosphere. Beautiful (heated) pool.
Friendly personnel. Reasonably good food, selection renewed every day.

good choice. Totally agree with your policy of "No towels on
sunbeds" - wish other hotels would do the same! Pleasant hotel and

I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

Entertainment team - AMAZING!! always here to entertain your younger children and was aways very friendly and talkative! On New Years eve they worked until early in the morning and was dancing with everyone, they are all very hyper and like and dance like Veronica ( good thing ) she was great and all the children loved her and wouldn't leave her al

The staff were fantastic. Never met such a friendly bunch. They would all go out of their way to help.
Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys.
Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.
