Our standard room, while compact, was of a high standard. We loved the high ceilings. We loved the toiletries in the bathroom and the shower was to die for. We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature. The access to the buses into the old town and near the Alhambra was fantastic. - The hotel was in a very quiet part

The size of the room and bathroom was excellent. Very spacious, especially for a 3-adult triple room. The hotel was perfect! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel is brilliantly located to explore Granada, is in excellent condition and very clean and up-to-date, and as it didn't have an evening restaurant (it does do breakfast) there is no pressure to eat in the hotel. We were upgraded to asuite which was very spacious so we really appreciated it after such along drive. It was a bit difficult to find this hotel as it is tuckedaway, but well worth it. There are lots of bars and cafe's nearby andthe bus-stop for the famous 'Alambra' is a short walk away.

the room was rather small but well equipped, very nicely furnished and very pleasant; the breafast buffet was rich , the staff extremely cordial and helpful. we enjoyed the hotel very much. - I liked the simplicity of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the general easy ambience of the hotel.

ηταν κεντρικο - Excellent staff. Very capable and willing to provide assistance with directions, restaurant recommendations, car hire, luggage storage. Highly recommend. Centrally located to all sections of city. Easy access from train station by short taxi ride. - It is a great hotel indeed and will come back to stay here again.
