We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We
were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another
signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous

The decor and attention to detail made this a beautifully appointed boutique hotel. it is located right in the center of the quiet village of Begur. The breakfasts on the patio are superb with great food selection and quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we've had and we travel a lot!

My wife and I loved walking around this little town. Very friendly people in the tiny grocery store, tiny bar, and wonderful restaurant. I especially recommend dinner at the restaurant with "Colin" in the title. Theresa the hotel owner is very fluent in English, and was able to give us ideas for things to do in the area. The hotel is set off a picturesque square with plenty of good Catalan restaurants and historic sites close by. The hotel is immaculately clean, the decor is stylish and the rooms quite and comfortable. The spa and treatments all top quality. Teresa the host could not have been more kind and helpful. I cannot fault this place for a romantic gettaway and unwind. Brilliant!

Very nice place to stay in a beautiful quiet area. Nice owners, very friendly and always willing to help you despite communication was limited as the owners speak limited English but we knew this upfront (other references of visitors)!

Unfortunately the pool was a little bit cold at this time of the year so we did spend a lot of time in the nice garden.

It's set in beautiful surroundings, peaceful and quiet. The owners/ staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly beyond believe, you are completely taken care of whatever you need and whenever, it's no problem ... with a big smile. Now we've been there twice and we are in love with the place. The kids had lots of space to play and many things to do while we could lounge and kick back. We'll definitely go there again.
