Owner very friendly brought us home grown fresh fruit, eggs and bread. Traditional Canarian house which could be kept cool. 3 different sitting areas/aspects around the house. Private. In Guayadeque valley, beautiful place. Ingenio is more then the main street and here and neighbouring Aguimes have old well restored central areas.

The attention to detail and decoration was amazing even the leaves of the plants were shining! Our Villa was of a very high standard. The whole complex was very relaxing and comfortable.

We liked the location and quietness of the area, it was really easy to find on our arrival in playa blanca, and the fact that we could use the facilities of the hotel volcan especially the childrens pool which was much warmer than the villa pool. The villas were very well presented and perfect for our family. We would definately choose to stay her

really nice villa, quality new interiours, good furniture, pritty
private swimming pool with sunbeds, calm and relax, 5 minutes walking to
a small village with many restaurants and shops, 1 minute walking to a
seaside promenade. Barbecue zone. Free (!) and fast wi-fi. Very
beautiful papagaya beaches are 10 minutes drive. Possibly there are some
other beaches close, but we do not know as we traveled by car. In
general high value

From the moment I arrived I was looked after, great personal sevice. Antonio had said as I was travelling on my own he had put me in a bungalow close to the pool so it would be easier for me to interact with other guests. So nice that he had taken the time to think about the reservation before I arrived. On arrival he explained a little about the

I stopped staying at gay properties 15 years ago having found they were often overpriced and poorly run, so i was a liitle unsure booking this property initially. However I loved being there so much I more than doubled my stay. The property is secure, comfortable, nicely appointed, quiet, well run and was a pleasure to stay in. Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The
fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the
receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it
possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good
restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet. The Animation staff was excellent
with the children.

Stayed in Villa No 3. It was excellent. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Kitchen/Diner. Pool not too big but perfect for cooling down. BBQ area. The villa was perfect..close to the beach and only a 2 minute walk from the shops.Included at the villa were towels which were changed every two days by the cleaning staff,a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer basically if you needed it it was there.We were met by Beatriz on arrival ...She is so friendly and welcoming and was at the end of a phone if needed. hotel is great for everyone who likes sports and gym classes. There are a lot of classes like aerobics and lots of others, great 50m pool, good quality bike rental, sports academy for the kids, cycling groups, tennis courts, lessons, golf, lots and lots of other stuff going on (no obligation to use it though).
Miniclub was good too for the kids.

Very nice villa, lots of attention to detail such as good quality towels, toiletaries etc.
Private pool was great, garden gets sun all day, but there is also plenty of shade.
Owner was really helpful, going above and beyond.
Would recommend. -
