Big apartment near the church in Teror. The enviroment is beautiful, really nice to go hiking. We rented a car to see some other parts of the island aswell, it is not far to drive from teror to other sights in gran canaria. Friendly staff with good advices on where to go and what to see. Good service! Nice to stay in a town without a lot of touris

Beautiful place, very well looked after. Magnificent view over the ocean! Very private yet in the middle of everything. Big plus for green shady garden. Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. All the staff at Villa Canaima were SO friendly and helpful, taking time to make sure we knew all the great things Lanzarote had to offer, even booking our rental car and cabs for us. They went out of their way to try and get hold of us to let us know we could stay past the standard 10am checkout time, which was super appreciated.

The accommodation was set on a cliff edge and off ered panoramic views of the sea and with its infinity pool was amazing. It was easter time, and despite it beinbg full, there was never any rush for sunbeds or reservations. We (young couple) went to the Serenity Hotel to enjoy a weekend without problems. Fortunately, we had none since the Hotel provides everything you need. The staff was friendly, the pool gorgeous (although 1,40m deep only) and the view at the beach stunning. Apartments were super clean and comfortable.

The information leaflet in the room stated a home away from home and this was certainly the case.
