  The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

  Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. The complex is in a qui - Alondra Villas are exquisite, simply outstanding in every way! We stayed at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine.   The staff are superb any time of day or night! The sense of peace you get throughout the hotel. The facilities are excellent. I've seen bad comments about the breakfast and evening food in the restaurant. I don't agree with the breakfast comments - the 2 times we've been there we've had a variety of freshly prepared food, I've stayed in similar ho... τι λέει ο κόσμος » tels in the area and had very much worse!! - To start, my girlfriend and I are a young couple in our mid 20's. All in all we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Tenerife. There seems to be a debate about the rating of the hotel on this site (4* or 5*). All in all the hotel is beautiful and providing your are not a complete fusspot you'd find it hard to fault it.

We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.

  This was the best hotel holiday I have ever been on. Pure luxury and relaxation. Something that makes a holiday for me is the staff. Without question this hotel has the finest collection of people working for them - cleaners, porters, waiting staff, reception, spa, all wonderfully friendly and attentive without being in your face. The position of this beautiful hotel is great - 20 mins from Tenerife South airport, right by the beach with - The hotel is beautiful with fantastic sea views, our suite was spacious and very comfortable, the pool area is lovely and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We really liked the adult only aspect of the hotel which made it very quiet and serene. We also used the spa which was excellent. We stayed on a B&B basis and there are lots of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance along the beach. All in all a lovely holiday.
