The hospitality, the overall cleanliness of the areas as well as the complete atmosphere in the hotel. The location was great and easy to find at 3 in the morning. However the best thing about the hotel was its extremely welcoming, hospitable and helpful english speaking staff. Wish there was a higher rate than excellent as the reception staff was so good. - It was almost brand new hotel, plus very conveniently located for the train station

The desk clerk spoke English and she was very polite, free guest computer access, nice continental breakfast served to us in the dining room, rooms and hotel very attractive, attention to detail in furnishings. - Good food, friendly helpful staff, clean and well maintained.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, by email and in person. The
rooms have to have the best city view in Spain, it was like staying
opposite St Paul's Cathedral, and at night this amazing illuminated
building filled our view, the rooms are modern and bright, the ac
welcome and the electric blinds made for a good night's sleep.

Excellent apartment ,top quality appliances,nice bedroom with
onsuit,Wether religious or not the veiw from lounge window of cathedral
is stunning ,and especially at night.Staff at the hotel where we had to
collect the keys where very helpful ,the only draw back was it was a
little difficult to find,anyone contemplating a visit head for cathedral
-Basilica ,park near as possible,hotel no more than 150yds to pick up
keys,and hotel staff will help with the parking,well worth the

The reception staff were very good and welcoming, especially to our dog, and the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and very good value. This was a great stop over place from the AP68, couldn't fault it. We would highly recommend it especially as they take dogs for a modest fee. The only problem we encountered was marked difficulty getting to the hotel by car. We drove around for almost two hours until a couple got in the car and using the GPS on their phone, found a route. Otherwise, the hotel could not have been better. It is in a great location, the room was very comfortable and the staff were great. -

hotel's car park. Check-out by midday but ok to leave car much
longer and simply collect when ready to depart. At about €4 a night for

Μας άρεσε το πρωινό, το σπα και η περιοχή στην οποία βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχειακό συγκρότημα. - Termal SPA pools, hotel rooms very comfortable, situation of the hotel, outsides. - Room was very comfortable and nicely designed. Proximity to two good ski stations, Formigal and Panticosa. The spa is also good for relaxing at the end of the day.
