  very peacefull with many grassy areas. The pool was nice and the beach towel service usefull. The rooms and esp. the bathrooms are excellent. The staff are very helpfull and the free internet usefull for the children. the bus to moncloa is regular, cheap and outside the gates of the hotel (15 min journey). reception has chinese and pizza take away ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » menus and will order for you - The hotel is modern and is located in a suburban area. There is a bus that connects from the metro making it very easy to access.

  Having a fridge, washing machine (dryer combination would be better), cooking facilities (microwave would help) , dishes etc and separate lounge area. Reasonable access to central Madrid by bus and Metro. - The employees in the reception are very helpful.

  The room was very big, comfortable and the staff were excellent. I dont remember his name but the gentleman who was on duty at front desk on March 4th 2008 has excellent customer service skills and should be commended for this. He makes a good impressio for the hotel and surely made my stay a pleasant one. - The room was spacious and clean.
