Fantastic, relaxing place. How wonderful to open your patio doors to the view of the sea. The Bungalows are exceptionally clean, all the staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The bungalows are in an ideal location. We would highly recommend the bungalows for a wonderful holiday. -

The information leaflet in the room stated a home away from home and this was certainly the case. Facilities were fantastic and cannot praise Antonio highly enough for being so attentive from greeting me by my name when we arrived to offering hep and advice throughout our stay. Views are fabulous. Location is central to old town and easy to get to strip also. The villa itself is modern, clean and beautiful. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Having stayed before,i was familiar with the barcarola,but was surprised there was no air conditioning and pool was very cold.i asked at reception about the pool but told it was due to the wind that it was cold.the first week it was too cold to use pool. perhaps when weather is breezy and cool it may be the time to heat it to a comfortable level.

The location was excellent, we could not have had better. The grounds of the complex and pool area was very well kept and a nice environment to be in. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean with an excellent view of the sea. Overall the perfect place to stay.

Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we

We loved every thing about the Fariones Playa. It was just perfect for us. Right on the beach staff very helpful and friendly, very clean and situated close to shops restaurants etc. However after these good reviews we hope it does'nt put the price up .. as we would love to go back again .. finances permitting. -

Incredibley large room, excellent kitchen (we stayed half board and got an incredible selection of foods every day), they had programs every evening,. Excellent sea view, beach right across the hotel. - pool not heated but ok

Quiet at night as most of the appartments are privately owned.
Clean and well maintained.

When I booked the Guinate apartments I was worried as there was a lot of negative feedback.
Before we arrived at the Guinate we were given a code to access a small box outside the entrance to collect the keys. This was easy to do. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. It had an oven, toaster , kettle and a lot of cutlery to include

Visited alone without the family and was exactly what I needed. Was not out for luxury or night clubs but to be able to relax after a busy period. Was a peaceful place to stay. The possibility to have your own keys to the main gate to the area was great. Standard was basic with not too tiny rooms. Very friendly personal. Can really really go there back also with the family
