The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Amazing view! spacious apartments, and not only there is the ocean a few feet away you have a big pool as well! - central but still quiet to retreat to.

Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Great place,budget friendly,close to everything.Good food.Tasty evening meals."Happy hour"

The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. Alondra Villas are exquisite, simply outstanding in every way! We stayed
at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we

The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!!
Emma in the restaurant was just fantastic and there were plenty of sun beds at the poolside

A great place to holiday -
It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

We loved the fact that the receptionist (Janena) was so helpfull and pleasant and made such a difference to our stay.Also cleaning staff were ver thorough and anything we were short of they got it for us. -

Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. Show cooking was excellent - japanese,indian,chinese, mediterranean themes.Drinks in hotel bars were pricey. Entertainment every night was to a good standard. Having stayed before,i was familiar with the barcarola,but was surprised there was no air conditioning and pool was very cold.i asked at reception about the pool but told it was due to the wind that it was cold.the first week it was too cold to use pool. perhaps when weather is breezy and cool it may be the time to heat it to a comfortable level.

The location was excellent, we could not have had better. The grounds of the complex and pool area was very well kept and a nice environment to be in. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean with an excellent view of the sea. Overall the perfect place to stay.

The location was perfect for us. just across the road from the beach. Nice food at the restaurant and excellent entertainment every night. Our apartment was in Block A, with a seaview, cost us a little extra but well worth it. The pool area was outside our front door. the bedroom was big enough and the beds very comfortable. complex. Very good stay. We would go back. We went for 7 nights here
but also booked in to an app in the old town for 4 nights as we wanted
to experiance both old and new part of puerto del carmen. So glad we
done this.

Stayed here a few times before and will again. Great location close to everything. Great value for money also for the budget conscious. Has all the facilities one may need and is perfectly clean. The day I arrived there was a few ants in my apartment but this was dealt with immediately by the staff and there was no reoccurrence. In the Lanzarote c

Great location close to restaurants, beach, bars etc.... But a few streets back from main strip so not noisy in the evenings. Good size apartment, clean and with all facilities supplied. I have stayed before and will certainly stay again.

Excellent value for money, their staff were very friendly and polite, basic and simple, only 5 min walk from the beach and none of the noise from Puerto del Carmen nightlife (which is an extra bonus if you travel with young kids) -
it was near the airport and about a ten minute walk into the main town, it was nice and quiet, rooms were fine, nice
