Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really
tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about
it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they
all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry -

The weather, the sun, limited meals, waitress service very good. Balcony x 2 in our room, 2 chairs, not very comfortable and a small table on the balcony would have bee nice.. Loved the location, the beach, the mountains just beautiful, the local restaurants plentiful all a bit pricey but good food. - The owners were very friendly but professional.

Lovely clean hotel with helpfull staff, breakfast was great especially squeezing your own orange juice. Had a room facing the mountains, although not sea view the mountain view was great, really refreshing. The balcony was large so drinks in the evening was relaxing. Staff were great and very accommadating booking restaurants etc specially for the surrounding areas.
One street away from the beach and in a fairly quiet location.

Best hotel that I have during my trip in mallorca. Excellent location
with 3 meters to the sea. The hotel upgrade the room for us for free.
Although there is no balcony, but I still think is quite nice, would

Staff were first rate and the cleanliness of my room and thehotel in general was excellent. Always hot water and clean towels. The location I have been to this hotel 15 years ago and I knew the location is truly breathtaking. Good value for money. No frills but people welcoming and I found it suited my needs entirely. Good buffet breakfast, lovely pool, brilliant location about a 4 minute walk down to the bay with all the cafes and restaurants. Reception staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English (as well as German due to the majority of guests being German!). The hotel meets all expectations. Don't expect a design-room, but the hotel is extremely clean and the breakfast buffet is much better than what is on offer in other Spanish hotels. What deserves mentioning is that the staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. The perfect hotel for a low-budget vacation and an ideal location to discover the west/north coast of Mallorca and it's mountains.
