The staff at the Ada Palace were so helpful. The room was perfect, overlooking the city but not noisy, -
Very reasonably priced for a city hotel. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was also a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable. Best of all the room was quiet so it was possible to get a good nights sleep even in the middle of a noisy city. The hotel is easy to find just a short walk from Plaza Cibeles where the airport bus stops. All the main attractions and shops are within easy walking distance. Very helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are amazing, so modern! Very quiet, beds are super comfortable. Shuttle to airport took less than 10 minutes, very convenient. Only 10 mins to the city. - Although outside of the centre the location is perfect for both business and leisure thanks to the near metro. Facilities are great and rooms are spaceful.

Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.

It was central in Madrid- within walking distance of many of the main tourist sites .But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful at all times. By means of public transport everything can be reached easily. Big room with huge beds and a large balcony. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful to all your requests (even after paying the hotel bill). The buffet breakfast is very good, you can have whatever you want. The waiters are exceptionally nice.
