It was a home from home, which is great after staying in hotels. The facilities were excellent and the location was great, just five minutes from Puerto del Sol. The host was really nice. Even though he can't speak English, he tried to explain everything and helped us to find some good place near by. The room was also quite large and comfortable for two people to stay. I would love to recommend this place to those who want to stay in Madrid!

Good location near the Palaces, Opera and Plaza Mayor but on a quietish side street. Good sized pleasant room. Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

The Hotel was bright and vibrant and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The room itself was a good size and was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was not quite a full English but good by European standards. Location was super for direct transfers from the airport on the C1 train (2.50€) then less than 5 minutes walk. Location also excellent for Old City and you can catch a train direct to Atocha station (1.60€),

Hotel staffs are very kind - Big comfortable rooms. Free wireless internet access. considering the location of the hotel and the traffic on main road, I couldn't hear the noise in the bedroom. Very good location for train, underground and bus.

Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Wifi in the room was patchy but it didn't really matter as

Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.
