I stayed at this hotel for almost a month. The staff is excellent...very courteous and helpful. The rooms and other common areas are maintained in excellent and clean condition. I would love to stay here again in the future. - service and privacy

Anesh, evrihoria, kathariotita - It was very close to the airport with a 24 hour bus shuttle service. In addition, it was very comfortable and seemed to have a great range of facilities. - The staff at the front desk were excellant. Wanted to have a hotelwith shuttle.

All we had to do was call the hotel from the airport and they gave clear
directions where to catch the shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle runs
every hour on the hour.

Room had tv (with English channels), quality wifi, hotel interior and exterior so nice. After checking in we thought about staying in our room rather than going outside. It was that good. Shuttle service to and from Airport was very welcome. Shuttle came within minutes of calling. Dropped us at the airport for our early morning flight as well. We found the services provided by the Hotel from the prompt pickup at tthe airport by the minibus,to the friendly reception staff on our arrival at the Hotel.The staff in the bar and restaurant were friendly and helpful,and the evening meal we had in the restaurant was delicous.Our room was ready on our arrival and was very clean and spacious.Also

The staff were defferent and could not have been more helpful and it did help because they spoke English. It was near to the airport and the shuttle service worked like a dream. It was comfortable - Dad could sit on the patio having a large drink and I could sunbathe and have a swim. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

It's an ultra-modern hotel with quiet rooms, not too far from the metrostation Suanzes which gets you to the city centre in +/- 15 minutes - 4 star hotel , that was veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy goooooooooodddd

Third stay in 2 weeks. Only comment is that the rooms seem to differ considerably in terms of size, especially bathroom. First room (203) bathroom and room were average size. The location is excellent, if you take the night train at Chamartin train station, you must book this hotel, you will find that there are lots of advantages there. The hotel is clean, but seems old. - The hotel was so convenient to the train station.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Rooms are amazing, so modern! Very quiet, beds are super comfortable. Shuttle to airport took less than 10 minutes, very convenient. Only 10 mins to the city. - Although outside of the centre the location is perfect for both business and leisure thanks to the near metro. Facilities are great and rooms are spaceful.

A taxi from the area of the Prado took us to this airport area hotel, the Axor Feria, a sister to its more elegant sister hotel right next door. Taxi cost was 23.35 euro (we had two carryons and two back packs). Be aware it’s a long drive, more so with heavy commute traffic so allow time.
